Recently a Christian fundimentalist group leader was arested after he began calling for the end of the government's augmentation law also known as law 9A-1-4b. During the time he awaited trial in a level one prision he incited three riots and attempted to kill one gaurd when he was being searched. Under standard law his actions demand far worse punisment such as being sent to the prision planet Hell. Though insted he has been spaired the horid aggony and being cast out into the nuclear wasteland to be hunted by deathclaw (http://www.rpgfrance.net/~frenchvault/images/deathclaw-attack-fox.jpg) units for paractice in bonding the deathclaw pup and the officer it lives with. ((OCC: Phalanix's version of a K-9 unit. It's the big critter in the picture)) and if he can reach the boarders and pass the line into a neighboring nation be expelled from Phalanix under penalty of exicution via rabid declawed deathclaws.

In other news the death claw population is back on the rise...
