The Real ALM

It was election time in Niger again.....and as people lined up to go to the polls, things were calm.
However, beneath the surface lay trouble. The RALM had financed a pro-Combine candidate, and one that was sympathetic to the RALM in general. Their blood money had lead to the rise of his party, and the man, Jonas Huambo, was eager to win the elections.
It seemed close; the RALM had sent in agents to assasinate and intimidate opposition candidates. Thanks to that, the opposition was weakened, but it did have a trick up its sleeve: the people of Niger.
The people were supportive of the opposition, and when the RALM's choice won, the people broke out in revolt.
The revolt growing, things were not looking up for the RALM. As a result, a Paratrooper Division from Combine Gambia and a Tokko-Rikkusentai Airborne unit (one of the few that could be spared), moblilized. Huambo had few regulars under his command, but the introduction of these forces saved him from death.
The Tokko took the opportunity to exact a heavy price on the people, as they soon began crucifying those that opposed Huambo. Huambo's men also went on the offensive, however, there was much work to do.....
