Today, 11th of March 2005, the Grand Holy Emperor of Trolsk, a medium sized Undersea Nation settlement, decided to call upon fellow nations for Arms trade licences.
"For a while, Trolsk has gone without sufficiant protection equipment. I have decided to prepare for trading rights and privilages with nearby Nations not of the Under Sea Colonies region. Our aging military power is in dire need of updating. Considering Trolsk's powerfull Arms Manufacturing capacity, I believe we have more than enough man-power to produce any and all of the latest defence systems and weapons."
After a brief press conferance, his Righteous Majesty opened all channels to Nations willing to trade with his Empire, ordering private Arms Manufactorers to prepare for Import and Export accounting.
He also released the following decree that would apply to the Trading Decree.
"Terms and Conditions of the Trading of Foreign Arms and Defence Systems Act. (2005)
1: All Nations that sign up to this treatise must oblige to any and all Trading restrictions/privilages that Trolsk may apply in the future, and/or has already applied in all of its Exports to this hallowed Empire.
2: All Nations that sign up to this deal must agree to a 10 month Armistance, in the event that a member of this contract declares war on Trolsk, or any other member of this decree, the other members are obliged to provide military and economic assitance to the beleagered.
3: All Nations enlisted in this contract may have full rights and privilages to use Trolsk's weapons reasearch, Arms Manufactoring plants for Importing Trolsk made weaponry to its full, and a garanteed Trade Licence Protection Warranty for 12 months, ensuring the sufficiant protection of trade routes untill the Warranty ends, or the above terms are broken by that Nation."
