Special Diplomatic Summit (Attn: Greater Prussia)
Krowemoh

The Sol Gate Generator was alive with activity, as more cruisers were being brought through from Krowemoh. So far, a total of four Light Cruisers and eight Heavy Cruisers lounged about the Comm Relay Station and the massive Gate Generator, with seemingly even more en route.
Meanwhile, within the Comm Relay Station, preperations for the Greater Prussia Summit were in full swing. Much of the middle decks of the station around the docking bays were cleared out, and in the later stages of being reformatted into an elegent dining hall, ball room, and boardroom meeting chamber.
Already the message had been sent...
~~~~~~
Erich Westpaw quickly over-viewed the proposal he had for the nations of Greater Prussia. "Let's see... Twenty each of Heavy and Light Cruisers, to be devided among the nations as they see fit. If that won't dazzle them, then I'll toss in some AGWS and Realians, really sweeten the deal."
He paced back and forth, the datascreen recording his words as he read off the terms of the contract...
((OOC: This thread is for members of the Greater Prussia Region only.))
OOC: tag.
BTW, Reichskamphen can't come, so I'll be representing the Crown. You'll need to send a ship out to get me. I'm not future tech -- yet.
((OOC: Okay.))
With the message fresh in hand, an Ultor Corporation VIP Shuttle is sent forth to Derscon, to retrieve the chosen representative. The staff of Cori's Gift await further action from Greater Prussia.
((OOC: lol Okay. You are all there then. :D))
With all of most of the Greater Prussian diplomats already on station, they are treated to a small feast in the grand dining hall. Neko waitresses each seat the guests and serve them a fitting dinner according to the national background of each represetnative.
After the dinner, they are casually shuffled into the boardroom chambers. Inside are three Weapons Grade Realians MK.IIs, and Erich Westpaw, dressed in a casual blue business suit. He is of average height for a neko, with brown hair and matching fur on his ears and tail. "Greetings, representatives of Greater Prussia. I am Erich Westpaw. I am glad to see you all here today. If you will sit yourselves, we can begin the meeting."
A projector installed in one of the walls displays for them a holographic image of the nation Gnufasur. "I realize that your time is important, so I'll be prompt. As you may already know, I represent all three memebers of the 'Big Three,' or Vector Industries, Gowa Industries, and the Ultor Corporation, here to fore known collectively as the Corporate Empire of Krowemoh. In your region is a nation fanshioning itself the Principality of Gnufasur. However, the Corporate Empire of Krowemoh does indeed have a colony world also called Gnufasur."
The image of Gnufasur shrinks to show the image of the planet Gnufasur. Erich continues speaking as the planet shrinks into oblivion and the nation of Gnufasur enlarges to fill the space again. "There are some things you should know about the so called Principality of Gnufasur. The orginal founders, Colony World Gnufasur natives, had stolen Corporate Property to flee the Corporate Empire of Krowemoh. This property currently resides in the northern most region of Gnufasur."
The image zooms in to show the crashed Krowemohian Colony Ship in the Northern Glacier. "Despite repeated attempts to contact the leader of Gnufasur to negoiate the return of this stolen property, all of our communications have been ignored. The Board of Directors for the Corporate Empire of Krowemoh have voted and agreed to land a minor assualt force to take back that which belongs to Krowemoh."
The image zooms out to show a collection of three heavy cruisers orbitting Earth, assumedly directly over Gnufasur, launching landing vessels to land on Gnuasur. A Neko assissant enters with a stack of papers, and begins passing them out. They are contracts. "Which brings us to the point of this summit. The Corporate Empire of Krowemoh has no qarrel with the other member nations of Greater Prussia. By signing these contracts, you, as chosen representatives of your respective nations, will agree to not intervene on Gnufasur's behalf while our troops are on Gnufasurian soil. In return for your region's cooperation, Vector Industries is willing to give, free of charge, fourty Cruisers, that's twenty Light Cruisers and twenty Heavy Cruisers, to do as your nations please."
The lights flicker back on, to allow the reps proper light to read the contracts, if desired. "Might I remind you, Gnufasur has stolen before. From us. There is no telling what they might have stolen or may steal from your nations. And, their leader calls himself a member of the Royal Mew Family of Krowemoh. The last Royal Mew died over a hundred years ago, and had no children, ending the Mew Bloodline with him. Rufus Mew the Third is an obvious imposter. A nation built on lies, thievery and half-truths is not one worthy of protection."
((OOC2: If you guys want, I can post up what the contracts basically say. (I'm not a lawyer, so I wouldn't know how to write up a true to form non-aggression contract, but I'll outline it in general terms.) It's all pretty basic non-aggression stuff. Feel free to RP the dinner, chatting with the other guests, and your rep's reactions to the boardroom meeting.))
OOC: I'm in a rush, so I'm skipping the dinner, sorry.
================================
John sat there, reading over the NAP. He pushed it aside.
"As Representative of the Emperor Napoleon, you're obviously going to see my doubts. What I see here is a battle plan and a couple maps. That is all. I see no evidence of theivery. You'll have to lay down more for me to sign this.
====================
OOC: I realize the actual plan of this, but seriously, do you REALLY think I'd just sign away the fate of a nation?
((OOC: lol You make it sound as if I plan to completely wipe out Gnufasur. I still plan to keep my alt up and running. But just aahhh... Sore wa, hitmitsu desu! (Japanese for "It's a secret!" :D)))
Erich's smile faltered for just a split instant, more of a minute corner of his lips muscle spasm then anything, yet it had happened. Then it was gone, his smile returned full force. "It's quite alright. I do understand your position on this. Just as in criminal court, a person accused of thievery, proofs must be shown to support this. Very well, one moment please..."
He motioned to a nearby Neko assistant, who came to his side. He quietly whispers something to her, and she promptly leaves the chambers. "While we wait for my paralegal assistant to return with the needed information, I will be glad to anwser any concerns and questions you may have."
Meanwhile, the three Weapons Grade Realians in the chambers with them move closer to the only entrance and exit to the chambers, casually positioning themselves to block any attempts at escape.
The four Praetorian Guards assembled themselves around the Prince, positioning their shields so none of the guards could see the Prince, while the ten Honour Guards (not human, btw -- ever play HALO 2? Think them) formed a defensive three-quarter circle around the Prince. John noticed this and became concerned.
"My guards do not make a defensive formation for no reason. Whatever you or anyone here may have done to provoke them, cease or I will leave immediately."
Erich frowned. "The Realians mean no harm. They are simply taking up positions to ensure that our meeting isn't interupted. I can quite assure you, that no harm will come to you whilist you are on this vessel. But, if it will make you a happier delegate..."
Heaving a sigh, he draws the Realian Control Device from a pocket inside his suit jacket, tapping in a series of commands. The Realians then step forward and to either side of the door. "I have just reversed the last command they were given. Your guards may ease up now."
((OOC: Moving along...))
Coming through a seemingly hidden side passageway, the Paralegal returns with the relavent information. Passing Erich a handheld Micro-Computer, she stands off to one corner of the room, out of sight until her services are needed again. "Now then, here is the serial number for the Colony Ship currently residing on Gnufasurian soil." The screen flashes up the numbers, 'K-07-10005-8VI,' along with a barcode.
"The very first letter is always the first letter of the planet on which the ship was made. In this case, 'K' stands for Krowemoh. The rest refer to batch number, series number, and generation sqeuencer with Vector Industries' Corporate signature, Vee-Eye. Colony Ships are manafactured ONLY on Planet Krowemoh."
Typing on the micro-computer, he relays the next set of information, shrinking the Colony Ship's serial number so that it was still readable, just out of the way. Next was a list of manafactured dates for all twenty 07-10000 series Colony Ships and their current status. The serial number for the Colony Ship on Gnufasur is listed in bold text, with it's status being reported as 'Stolen/Hi-Jacked.' "This is the official Vector Industries invoice regarding production of their Colony Ships. As you can see, Vector doesn't put out many Colony Ships. Only enough to meet current demand, which at the moment isn't very much, due to lack of expansion. Most Colony Ships are placed in reserve storage for use in the event that a planet-wide evacuation of Krowemoh is needed. Colony Ship 'Zero-Seven, One Zero Zero Zero Five' was en route to one such storage facility, when it was hi-jacked by the Planet-Gnufasur colonists. If you wish, I may request that the pilots of the Colony Ship be brough here from Krowemoh to confirm that this information is true.." He raised an eyebrow at the gathered delegates...
The Prince narrowed his eyes.
"I do not believe that would be necessary. While I do not like betraying a fellow member, I believe that Gunsafur is most definitely in the wrong, and it would be immoral and wrong to support him." Prince John picked the pen up and signed the document.
"Now, is there anything else to discuss, or are we done here?"
Erich tilts his head to one side, thinking on the matter. "Hmm... Yes. There is the matter of the incentive. Forty Krowemohian Cruisers, that's twenty Light Cruisers and Twenty Heavy Cruisers, will be transferred to your Region, as soon as I give the order for them to be shipped. Now there is the slight problem of how to divide the Cruisers evenly amongst yourselves, but I shall leave that to you. If there are no further questions or objections, then the summit is over, and you will be returned to your nation of orgin. Please be reminded that should any nation default on the Non-Aggression Pact, then the incentive will be recalled."
He turns as if to leave, then seems struck by an idea. "To further ensure cooperation, I'll make sure to add your region to the Krowemohian Trade Pact holders, granting you all a thirty percent discount when shopping at the Vector Storefront."
((OOC: Last chance for other Greater Prussia nations to object. Otherwise I'll assume everyone's in agreement and signed the Contract.))
The Prince nodded. "I will take all of the cruisers for now. I'll devide them up when I get back home. Thank you for the membership, by the way."
((OOC: Since no one replied, I'll assume everyone signed the pact. I gave you more then enough time to post.))
Erich nods slowly. "Very well. If you all would be so kind as to pass the contracts around to me, I'll take them and arrange for transport back to your homes. The Corporate Empire of Krowemoh thanks you for your cooperation."
Erich bows, then proceeds to collect the contracts, briefly reading each to see if the delegate had signed. He was more then pleased that all of the contracts were signed.
With these in hand, he leaves the board room. A little while later, a Domestic Grade Realian enters, and bows. "If you'll please follow me, I'll lead you to the docking bay where your shuttles await." She leads them out and to the bay, where the various delegates board for the return trip home.
The forty cruisers loafing about the Comm Station rotate, then too begin the trip to Earth.
Meanwhile, Erich sends word back to Krowemoh. Within minutes, the Strike Force arrives through the Gate Generator...
