Following the discovery that The Republic of Rattus Norvegicus 7 has attemted to kill the entire population of tigers in Colkland The Empire of Colkland regrets that it is declering war on the Republic. We shall be sending around 1.4 million troops to the Norvegicus mainland shortly. We await a response from the leaders of all concerned.

These are the demands i declare if peace is to be granted between us:

1.)Your nation ( borderland of Pterodactylus) not Nervegicus, must join my region, the devils sea.
2.)Or form an alliance.
3.) If not any of these, tell me any more options you wish to put forward and we can negotiate from there.
