Allow me to introduce myself and my Nation:

I am Daemon Morloch, Supreme leader of the Republic of Muerto Diablo. We are a fledgling country who came into being after the native population of our east Pacific nation suddenly disapeared off the face of the earth. I would like to take this time to dispel any rumors of genocide and/or extermination of the previous populace. I assure you, the blood soaked beaches of this nation were quite deserted when our landing crafts arrived. Unless another nation can produce proof via satellite images or other evidence, we will consider this issue resolved and any further mention of it grounds for hostilities.

To all other nations:

Muerto Diablo is an isolated society unaccustomed to outsiders and foreign influences. Our citizens have voted by a 100% margin to leave all matters of foreign diplomacy to me, Supreme leader of Muerto Diablo. Please observe demilitarized zones of 25 miles around our borders and beachfronts. Borders on land will be easily identified by the deforested and scorched earth littered with human fossils, (carbon dated to 500 A.D,.......honestly) beachfronts have clearly designated mine fields 25 miles offshore (most are painted bright orange for your protection). Any offers of foreign trade will be entertained, any inquiries for tourism will not.

Muerto Diablo refuses to acknowledge any such genocide. Rumors such as these only perpetuautes the misinformation directed towards our people. The misguided acceptance of responsibility for this "hypothetical" genocide by the Republic of Evil Killer Clowns is obviously another attempt to confirm said genocide occured in the first place.

Unless the ROEKC is prepared to pacify the situation by offering Mueto Diablo chemical or biological weapons, we are left with no choice but to place ROEKC on our "least favored nations" list.

The Republic of Muerto Diablo thanks the Grand Imperium of Risban for its polite concern and respectful form of inquiry. The Merchant Guild would do well to observe this manner of dialogue and dispense with the Dogma diarhhrea and simpering threat making. The Republic of Muerto Diablo respectively reminds the Merchant Guild of the universally acknowledged wisdom, "Its better to die on your feet than live on your knees" and "Never underestimate an enemy with absolutely nothing to lose".

With that ugliness out of the way, I return to the honorable Mr. Perkins line of questioning.

Muerto Diablo is a fairly self sufficient nation with agriculture and livestock infrastructure to manage our own populations needs. Our rainforests are the source of many compounds of new medicines and research is a major expenditure of the government. Several recently discovered substances have vast weapons possibilities, but no more can be divulged here. Muerto Diablo would be interested in trade talks for military advancements in return for various pharmaceutical compounds found nowhere else on earth. We also have oil reserves which currently maintain our own needs, we dont currently have the need to explore the possibility of oil exportation, but it remains an option. Our military is meager when placed on a world scale. But 60% of our annual budget is diverted to military build up of a defensive nature. We recognize no treaties or agreements restricting use of landmines, chemical, or biological weapons. This information is provided with the knowledge that the Grand Imperium of Risban could in fact be sizing up resistance to an assault and seizure of our natural resources.

Muerto Diablo entertains polite dialogue with any and all nations with interest in trade. But guarentee costly injury and unending terrorist attacks against any nation who attempts to encroach on the sovereignty of Muerto Diablo.

The Republic of Muerto Diablo did not set out to insult your supposed superior nation status. We only responded to the rudeness of your spokesperson, and would again in similar circumstances. Perhaps you should review the concept of "picking fights" with the concept of arrogant behaviors with nations you know absolutely nothing about. Muerto Diablo responds only to respectfulness and civility from any nation addressing it. Your "well known" status is questionable if you feel you have to advertise it to have it be known. Muerto Diablo would rather sacrifice its entire poulation in warfare than bow to rudeness and arrogance from a nation that sought only to throw its alleged weight around. Do you know if we are allied with any other region? Are you positive that only because we are a fledgling nation, we have not alligned with powerfull partners? "In this world, having a nuclear weapon means you can kill lots of people, it is the weapon that strikes fear into an enemy an makes them think again about a possible invasion.
For starters, we will provide your nation with some ICBM with nuclear warheads combined with a handfull of advisors who will help you create a good and safe base, later they will provide you with the knowledge you need to develop your own nuclear weapons. We are no supporters of nuclear weapons ourselves but we keep the technology and knowledge alive incase we are threatened ourselves or we like to sell it.

The next weapons we will provide are some of our nerve gasses, Tabun, Sarin and Soman. All are quite effective odourless and colorless gasses that will cause physical collapse within seconds and death within minutes. We have only small stockpiles of these gasses, but we can provide you with the knowledge and technology to produce these gasses yourself. The only gas we could provide in quantity is mustardgas.

Then we come to small arms and surface-to-air technology, we produce a variety of weapons ranging from the Stinger and Mistral to the SA-20 and 21 systems. Among our infantry weapons we have the AK-103 or for western nations the AK-101, calibre 5.56mm or the AN-94. Trhough our contacts we can also provide you with M16s or the G36. We also have M2, M249, PK, M240 MGs, Mortars, Anti-tank weapons like the AT-15 AT-14 or Milans etc etc.

I was only being nice, the supremacy wasn't there it was merely a comment on realism. Don't take it as being something it was not.

The Risban Empire invites your fledgling nation to establish an embassy at The Imperial Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=393941). You will also find a list of our most common exports there. Let it be known that Risban is interested mostly in purchasing gold, naval vessels, aerial vessels, and fuel.
