After the troubles of relations with Zoogie and Hawaii, Zoogie has broken out of the relations of Hawaii. Now, Hawaiian Islands opens up, again, a Cordial Relation with Zoogie People to renew relations on domestic, and perhaps military aid, purposes. Hawaii is also looking relations with other countries.

The black car swirls around the airport parking lot in Hawaiian International Airport. Suddenly after, the car stops and the driver steps out. "Eh, sir, would you like me to escort you safely with your luggages to the private jet?" asks the driver. "No thank you. I'd suggest you to go home and enjoy your vacation." replies Ambassador Mario, as he tips the driver with a check of 1 million dollars. "I'm going to the Hawaiian Foreign Relations Embassy and discuss about new relations with new countries. Perhaps, you can pick me up next week?" contines Mario. "Eh, yes sir, I'll pick you up and have everything prepared when you arrive next week. Thank for the tip sir." says the driver as he hurriedly takes our the luggage and speeds away.

The Raptorian slick black jet circled overhead. Rapion stared out the window, with his trusted friend and bodyguard, Xavier, to his right. In the rest of the small private jet, there were a total of 10 Special Ops Raptorian Soldiers fully armed. Rapion sighed and said, "Is this really necessary?" He raised his Desert Eagle and cocked it. "Yes, sir, it is. This is unfamiliar territory."

"Eliminate any threat to you sir."
"And I get to go on vacation and discuss politics with some fruitcake in a Hawaiian shirt?"

The jet finally landed on the strip, the door swung open, and a flight of stairs came down. All the soldiers poured out with their rifles ready. Rapion followed, gun holstered, and waited for someone to pick him and his team up.

We come in peace!" He waved his arm to halt his troops dead in their tracks. He walked accross the tarmac to confront the guard head on, his troops following behind. "Now friend, we are here only to discuss diplomatic relations, not to start a war." He glanced over to his troops standing neatly in a row. "Now, if you would not mind, I'm quite busy, and I would like to be put in contact with the ambassator." He dusted off his clean and ironed Commander's Uniform. "Oh, and I hear there is another contact from the Tree Hugging Lesbians, if at all possible, we would like to speak with her too."

The metallic, rasping sound of the man's voice seems to echoe.

The Hawaiian Airlines #854 has an opening for new relations in Airline/AirTrade Routes. We will reserve a spot for Whittier. However, Martian Whittier is also open, but research on space is yet not done yet.

And in the muscles of the two agents, small batteries were expended. The small current activated nanobots which began to manufacture steroids and adrenaline at an increased rate. Aerosols designed to detonate small missiles such as RPG's or TOW rockets were released from the pores of the agents. Computers attached to the brain cells of the agents ran through a thousand strategies, all of them ending in a self-detonation due to fatal injury.

Rapion stepped into the limo and said in a very sincere voice, "I'm very sorry about all this, I realize your worries, and I assure you that I'm here for solely diplomatic reasons, the last thought on my mind is war." Rapion smiled. "I thank you kindly for putting up with them. Believe me, I'm not as much as a brute as you may have heard." The limo began to drive off as the jet was clearing for departure.

At the site where the Apache landed on Hawaii, 10 National Guards of Hawaii present to the helicopter. Hawaiian National Guard! shouted a guard. You have no right to land on Hawaiian Islands with no identification. 3 guards armed with Clarion 5.5's step up and open the door of the helicopter. Admiral Sara. as Sara identified herself. I'm sorry that we didn't identify us. Sara flashed the International Diplomacy badge. The guardsmen soon transported Sara to Leader Jason Batista's Mansion.

Rapion wished to go right to his room, and spend time relaxing later. He looked at the wall clock, as he never carried a watch, the grandfather clock read "9:30 PM". He nodded, as the double doors of the elevator dinged open...

The tanks line up in a single file line to blast the hotel into pieces giving off a rumbling noise. "DO NOT HURT RAPION!" a radio-in voice arrived at the forces from Sergreant. With the tanks lined up, soldiers make a blockade around the hotel, innocent civilians run out asking the soldiers to spare their lives. Suddenly, a explosion erupted. A line mine hidden on the ground exploded. A couple soldiers were injured, rushed out of the scene by medics. The Hawaiian Guard Units, that were blocking the road, couldn't help but watched the fatal combat with their eyes. Thousands of soldiers rushing in a hotel, while being blasted by landmines. Then, one of the terrorists stuck out Rapion in one of the windows, shouting "IF YOU COME ANY CLOSE OR FIRE A SHOT, I WILL MAKE RAPION FALL TO THE GROUND. THEN WE WILL SUICIDE BOMB YOUR ASSES!" The comment made all the soldiers slow down in their actions to rethink their mission. "Keep in mind, troops, these terrorists are trying to convince you. THEY HAVE NO BOMBS IN THERE!" the Sergreant radioed in. "Roger." a soldier said in his radio.

The Raptors drop to the roof top, only to be heard as a BUMP on the roof to the terrorist. "Uhh... Was that suppose to happen?" asked Mandi. The girls stood in mere silence. In that case, since probably a couple went in, set up some proxite mines on the door, and place Rapion right near it. Meanwhile, the Raptops tore down a wall and sighted Rapion, then saw the terrorists. The Raptor ripped off a terrorist's clothing, entertaining Rapion as Adult Entertainment. Mandi took out her glock and shot 3 times at the Raptor's head (because they equal to 10 normal soldiers, now they have 7 lifes.) The Raptor turned at Mandi, while she was trying to run, and literally sliced her. Kelly took her Deagle out and shot the Raptor 6 times, but then, again, the Raptor ripped her clothes. Aurora, taking the last shot of the Raptor, killed one raptor. Then, 4 other Raptors ripped the wall from the other side. "STOP! DON'T HURT ME!" The terrorist cried. "Don't hurt her!" Rapion said. The Raptors stopped. "Let me go, and I will spare your lives!" The terrorist quietly did as Rapion requested. Then Rapion went to the window and waved: "IT'S ALL RIGHT! I'M FREE, I CHOSE NOT TO KILL THE TERRORISTS!" The troops rushed in to save Rapion from harm.

Jason, meanwhile heard about the news of Rapion being saved. His limo rushed out and he came out. Special Ops Raptionia soldiers came in front of Jason, but Jason held a gun out, and said "Move out of the way, I'm in no mood." The Raptionian soldiers moved immediately as they heard Jason's tone. Jason also brought Hawaiian International Guard Units out with his, Armoured and Strong. As Jason went up to Rapion, he put his hands on Rapion's cheeks and said: "Are you alright? Did they do anything to you?"
