After the battle for Klington, the Klingtonians immediatly began to rebuild. They first started off with "rebuilding the fleets." In a move codenamed, "Operation Brutal Absolution," the Klingtonian homeworld began to tighten there defences immensly. They put shield systems on all 12 planets with phasing capabilities. In addition they began construction on battle cannons in orbit around all the planets in the solar system and constructed operational bases on all them to control the shield systems and cannons. The asteroid field inbetween the 9th and 10th planets, had most of its asteroids equiped with a fighter base or a gun station.
To limit the manpower needed on these defensive machines, Klingtonian officials began the "Throne of God" project with the help of there Star forge. It is bassically a giant super computer and uses the BetaNET, a small division of the BattleNET, to connect with other defenses in the solar system, and help to control them and monitor there performance and how they were working. It is a big computer that takes up alot of the Klingtonian moon, and has smaller stations throughout the System to work with.
This project will take around 12 years to complete and will require quite alot of cash. Luckily with Klingtonians new Socialist Bank Sytem idea(partial thanks goes to JJR), the venture will be much more simpler to undertake.
