The government of the Armed Repubic of Akulan Vengeance, founder of the Region of Militaristic Plans wishes to inform the remainder of the world's nations of it's international intentions.

In regards to operating procedure of the Akulan Vengeance Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

1. We will promote any revolution or militant cause that supports the destruction, subversion, etc, of ANY pacifist nation and/or region.

2. We will not engage in any trade or diplomatic relations with pacifist nations and/or regions.

3. We will not submit before international outcry for our hostile actions and/or views regarding pacifism or Jeffersonian-type nations/regions.

4. We do look to engage in open trade with countries/regions that support the use of force in both foreign and domestic politics.

The Armed Republic of Akulan Vengeance will not hesitate to defend the fellow nations that are under the Militaristic Aid Act; which was established upon the founding of the Region of Militaristic Legions and Plans. If you disagree with our foreign policies, bring your troubles elsewhere, for we have not the time or the patience to engage in a diatribe with those who oppose our views.

Such a pity. Such grand words, and absolutely no way of backing them up. The Republic of Taldaan will repel any assaults by your nation on itself or its allies with far more force than you could hope to muster.

I admire your dedication to the Military way, and encourage it. The military is the single most important factor in your nation; it inspires nationalism in your people and fear in your enemies if you have a well-developed, well-trained military. Without a military, a nation is doomed to be destroyed, if not from without then from within.

I do not, however, admire your aggression towards other nations. More importantly, I find your judgement to be severely flawed in announcing these hostile intentions when you have neither the power nor the political influence as of yet to make them realities. Announcing your intentions whilst you are, comparatively speaking, relatively weak is a serious error and may cause you to fail in your goals before you have even started.

OOC: Don't you think people would learn better if, instead of being insulted by a guy like you when they made errors, somebody explained their errors to them in a calm, understandable manner?
