Kahta to open new era of foreign policy
IMPERIAL ACT #14
This act, is to bring about a new era in Kahta's history. Rather than being neither interventionist, or isolationist, we are going to begin a new stance. Rather than being aggressive and threatening towards our enemies, we are going to avoid making them, and we will sign non-aggression pacts with those that wish to do so. We will also open student exchange programs with willing foreign nations, and begin embassy exchanges. I will not however, relax any standards.

Quite on the contraire. Those who rely on dogmatic theories of government are the ones who fall. Kahta's act of further modernization will reap enormous consequences for Kahta in the future.

Despite our non-existant relations with Kahta in the past, we would be willing to sign a non aggression pact with them, to demonstrate our own willingness to see peace between the Fabus dynasty and the other powers of this world.

We would be interested in an embassy exchange (so long as you let Pterodactylus architects design a very attractive embassy building) and would like a student exchange concerning Pterodactylus Political College, which uses clones of past leaders to bring a new dimension to teaching.

Novikov is relieved to hear of this new, and hopefully productive, step in Khata's foreign policy. We will gladly welcome any communication or exchange which Khata preposes, but we request nothing but their understand at this time. May this foster peace between the great Khatan state and the IADF.
