Ahoy Mateys, we Pirate Captains are much distressed at the collapse of the government of Tribeland. As the true Pirates we are we will move in and claim the whole of Tribeland. For the good of its citizens and all, of course. We will see to it that all ships are properly raided, all treasure is seized, drink and women are enjoyed, and any able bodied men will be enslaved as necessary. Of course we will divide all booty (loot) up in equal shares among the buccaneers with Captains and First Mates taking a double share as it says in our code. We await taking anchor in their fine ports and enjoying the fruits of their land. Arrrgh.
:As this is announced a large number ships, each headed by a Pirate Captain sail into the Random Chaos of Tribeland (Chaos being a perfect place for Pirates). Many of them take up position along the major shipping lanes, as there is no military left to patrol them, and begin raiding local shipping. The rest take up positions in the varying ports of Tribeland. The pirates begin transforming Tribeland into a pirate paradise not seen since the heyday of the Isle of Tortuga.
