OK. This is a continuation of this thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=397989), under a new title and fresh start as it no longer concerns the previous civil war RP so much.
The situation: The west of Random Kingdom has been unclaimed for years, or so the citizens thought. Expeditions into that area have ended in missing persons cases, and nobody is sure what is going on. What has been witnessed is the rapid increase of HOA presence, and it has been rumoured that the mafia may be responsible for the vanishings. Only time can tell.

Many a Random Kingdom citizen is concerned with the continuing expansion of a particular nightclub in Little Peace. And the fact that anybody who gets too close to the wasteland surrounding... is never seen alive again.

A palisade is being constructed in the central lands of Random Kingdom, to keep whatever has made its presence felt in the west out, and its citizens in. Of course, this is a temporary fix, and a proper wall will be created when RK's economy fully stabilizes and resources are stockpiled.

The HOA had begun to build factories and warehouses in the west. They relized their dominance in the west meant that they could do as they pleased... unless the international community intervened.

The nation of Random Kingdom was vast running out of room to expand. New movements in architecture claimed more space than traditional methods and the economy, still recovering from the war, was still too weak to fund upwards expansion. In fact, the new CSU was struggling to fund the repair of the Unity Arcology in southeast RK. Therefore, RK has sent military out to Sweatshoponia to reclaim it as RK territory.
