The very unstable loose confederation of various states, known as the Confederacy of the Moravian Counties has been thrown into turmoil.

Our Chancellor, Edwin Chadwick has resigned today. He discovered,that as seen in the international community, the Counts have been interacting with other nations without his consent. They have actually held entire governmental sessions without him.

Immediately, 14 different counties have sent troops into the captial of Brno in the Capital County.

The other 3 counties have called peace confrences, but to no avail. The rebels all want power of the nation. Our three small armies are no match for the fourteen warring nations.

We are calling upon other nations to intervene and to please subdue this revolution so we can call Edwin Chadwick back to power as the Chancellor.

Our Counties were previously a fascist capitalist dictatorship, but we are moving towards civil rights and personal freedoms. We would like to acheive democracy shortly. We are a very small nation economically, and our main industry is automobile making. The rebels have advanced as far as the Capistag (our capital building). We are attempting one last swift charge against them.

I shall strike a deal with you. I have a massive fleet that I have wrongly accused of a attack, and the fleet is just about to be ordered back. It is in your country's basic region. If you agree to model your government into a Imperial Republic like mine, join the region "The New Roman Empire", I shall send you as much as anything you desire. Upon comfirmation, my fleet is change route to your nation to declare Edwin Chadwick, Imperator of The Moravian Counties.

The Delegation of the Moravian Counties expresses a "Thank You"

The nation of Turetel is upping its pledge to 73,000 forces. Our 3 Elite forces (74th Infantry, 1,011th Armoured, and 2nd Marine Detachment) as well as 1 Fighter Wing and a Naval Task Force.

The General under the command is Gen. Zhukov (Not russian) Lalas of the Turetelian High Command. He is in charge of contacting "loyal" forces to help aid against the War Lords.

We will land in 1 RL Hour.

6 PM Evening News, Brno, Capital County, Moravia

With the arrival of over 73,000 troops from our gracious allies, Turetel, the Confederacy has been able to push the rebels back out of Capital County. The 74th Infantry of Turetel, along with the 101st BlackHawks Infantry of Capital County have successfully defeated 5 out of the 14 rebel counties. Stay tuned for more information as it follows. We are expecting many nations to sign a peace treaty.

Elder Redbottom heard about the civil war while sipping Spring-berry Juice and helping his great-grandchild make a doll.

"Gwampa', Gwampa', wook!" she said, smiling. Her large cannines seemed out of place next to the gaping holes that were her front teeth. "I made a wed hat, see!?" She held up the red three-cornered hat determinedly, like every young child does.

"Let me see that, ohhhhhh-" Elder groaned as he lifted his Great-Grand-daughter onto his lap, his caring eyes looking over the hat as his aged hands, held aloft by his still-muscular arms, began to examine the doll.

"Hmmm...this is an excelent piece of work, Falax." Elder said, turning and looking at Falax's eager face, "I think we've got a new Fashion Queen in Red-Dew!"

They both laughed heartily as a messenger boy came in, he looked a little pale as he brought the notice to the Elder.

"Elder...something has happened." the boy said, his hand shaking as he held out the note.

"Let me see here, thank you..." the Elder put on his spectacles, and read over the document.

"Oh my...how tragic." He glanced at Falax, who looked worried.

"Don't worry, little one. Just more humans screwing up again. Don't worry, little child." he said, a kindly smile crossing his face, "Why don't you go inside and I'll be in in a minute. We need to get that lovely hat on, right now!"

"O'tay, Gwampa." Falax, said, smiling and jumping off of Elder's lap and scampering inside the house, her little bare-feet pattering against the floor.

"Ahh...youth." Elder said, holding the letter in one hand and the doll in the other. "It lives and dies young, I'm afraid."

Elder pulled out a piece of paper, and wrote a message down.

"They're going to be angry, that's for sure. They're not going to like it...but" the Elder finished his signature, handing the letter to the messenger and looking into his hazel eyes, "it's the right thing to do."

Elder, with a groan, got off of the chair and went into the house with the doll-hat. He threw the letter into the composer as he entered.

To the Honorable Delegates of the Moravian Counties,

The Avalax, a Free and Kind land, shall become a sanctuary for all people broken in the civil war. Any and all residents of the Moravian Counties may have temporary residence within Avalaxian borders, provided they leave all firearms outside the borders of our lands.

Any and all humans entering Avalaxian soil shall be concidered citizens of the Avalaxian government, until such time as they leave willingly. Any attacks upon humans within Avalaxian soil shall be conicidred an agressive act againt our nation.

As always, the Avalax shall administer medical aid to all those who wish for it. If you need medical teams, we shall send them...to all sides...and shall administer aid equally and un-restrictingly to all of your people.

Early this morning the Counts from 16 of our 17 counties (Island Beach County is still revolting) met in the Capistag to establish a new government. They unanimously (with much external pressure) voted for a republican government, without the county of Island Beach

Therefore, the new government stands as follows:
