Mr. Tanthan, I am heavily disapointed in the fact that you have failed to get my messeges pertainig to the 600,000,000,000 credits you owe me. This international messege is being made public to ask you again to confirm your payment as well as to warn any and all countries in the international community not to have any dealings with you, since you seem to think that you can get away with ripping me off. I humbley request that you pay me via the private bank account I have listed below, and all bad or mixed feelings will be forgotten. Thankyou.

You're missing the point. It would be highly unreasonable to have someone's timer running on an ultimatum while they are inactive. That, and it would probably draw in nations twice your size to aid the absent nation, since such action is unjust.

I said I'd give him five days, I will not procede to attack him or start an attack of vany kind without him being here. I simply want my money...

I built 200 cruiser sized ships for Tanthan at the agreed price of 600,000,000,000 credits. I have waited two full weeks since I finished his ship order for the confirmation of money being sent to my account. I sent him small telegrams to remind him about 11 days ago. I am now getting frustrated thus went with the advice of my friend Parlim and decided to give Tanthan a five day ultimatim in which to confirm sending me the money. And should you choose to attack me, then there will be long bloody war where your fighting for a guy who owes me a debt and I'll have to bring in my allies since they and I have agreements with each other, bringing the Galactic Empire into this (Unified Sith, Core Worlds, etc the guys) and others in a long protracted war that started when you two decided that because I was mad at Tanthan for not paying me for my building services you'd attack me after giving a 5 day ultimatim and over two weeks chance of paying me.

So...I guess I'm trying to say that why dont you just leave this between me and Tanthan. And if he doesn't reply within the time specified then I will declare war in name only, I shall issue no orders for an attack until he would respon to such. In which time I will give him a final chance to give me the money he owes me.

Perhaps you have not noticed my signature? I'm also havn't listed another alliance that I'm in, the RWC; I believe it contains Unified Sith.

OOC: YOU'RE still not getting THEIR point. According to his nation profile, he's not logged on for 6 days. How exactly do you expect him to respond to your demands when he hasn't logged on for 6 days? His mother could have just died for all you know -- if he logs in now and continues to avoid responding to your demands, then you'd have more of a case against him.
Even if he were simply ignoring you, then attacking him wouldn't do you much good anyway, would it?

OOC: They say my point very well. And perhaps you don't know, but I'm right wing. Which means I support the war in Iraq, and so you used the wrong example.

I happen to also be an ardent Bush supporter. I simple used Iraq because it is in a way the same. I live in Europe (but am an American) and I have several different opinions on US politics than what you might run into each day. I will halt the timer on his ultimatim for three days. Starting tomorow. In which I will lengthen the time from 5 to 10 days.

And because of this, those nations who have thus far interfered themselves with this will act only if I have violated what I have stated above. Satisfied?

Stop the timer untill he is active. Once he becomes active you may give him anywhere between 10 and 3 days. Then we will be satisfied.

Believe me when I say that he's lost interest in NS and will not be returning for a long time. He won't come back for a while if ever, especially on these forums. Unless he has a sudden change of heart about NS, he won't even care that you've annexed his nation. If you want, I could tell him that you want your money, but I don't see the point. This is just a game, and you're getting fustrated over imaginary money that someone doens't even have interest in anymore.
