President Summer looks out of his Presidental home, overlooking the capital of German Kingdoms. German Kingdoms has had years of prosparity, freedom, and civil rights. However along with the prosparity, and the such. Crime has become an issue for USGK (United States of German Kingdoms). The four countries has not enforce their laws enough. So in an unsual move, President Summer decides to bypass Parliment and send enforcement into USGK.
"These governers of the nations within USGK has gotten too lack. The parliment is too liberal. The industry is regulated, but not by much much. Crime was a problem until I sent in enforcement. My party has become a laughing stock. The demogauge and Republkan are eating us alive. The Socialist of United States of German Kingdoms is a laughing stock. My party is a laughing stock! We have come to power to bring equality to all. But the damn government is making it difficult. The demogauge and Republkan are standing in the way. I must remove them!"
The next day, President Summer walks into Parliment and demands a re-vote. The Parliment is now scared, scared because President Summer recent move to send in enforcement of the laws has made him power hungry. And it has. He now wants to rule his country like Adolf ruled Germany back in the 20th century.
