Can I use my Sardinian Fleet to help? And can I fight in a city when it comes the time?

You can help, but I don't want any other fleets to join up with my own fleet until after the major battle that will occur in the Western Mediterranean later this week.

Vastiva has slight assets near you already, mostly submarine.

I've also got the intelligence operatives in place already. However, if it goes to a full out shooting match, there's little I can do - right now.

No problemo, thought I'd throw that out there. Only thing is I can't allow IDF military aircraft or shipping or anything through or over my territory.

Roger - though a Cestus torpedo is typically anti-port shot. It's big, dumb, and packs a hell of a charge. Usual use is to destroy enemy naval structures.
