Bamako, Mali
A massive, underdeveloped, impoverished, landlocked desert country, Mali was designated the next domino to fall to Roach-Busterian colonialism. As it had with its other countries, RB would grant extensive civil liberties to the Malian people, including freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to assemble to address grievances, freedom of religion, equal rights, economic freedom, etc. Mali would be a fully democratic, self-governing territory under the jurisdiction of the Roach-Busterian government, like the rest of RB's colonies.
On the other side of the border, over three million troops, armed with non-lethal weapons and equipped with almost impenetrable body armor, made preparations for the invasion. Over 200,000 RB, 200,000 Thai, 200,000 Filipino, 200,000 Nicaraguan, 25,000 Ghanan, 25,000 Cote d'Ivoirean, and 25,000 Liberians, would participate in the invasion, with extensive logistical and air support.
