OOC: I strongly advise you to:
1) not randomly color words red,
2) not shorten "you" to "u",
3) not use the smilies, especially the large, animated ones, without good reason.

That's just my advice, but I'm sure most of those who post here would agree.

That would be nice, considering that your nation only has 8million mine has 18 million i also have 2 allied regions with over 30nations wating for the call.... of them Ill give you this last chance to surrender! May I advise you, Dictator of Dictator Like People, not to go to war with TheCivilNation? As an ally of TheCivilNation, having roughly 45 million people in my nation, and as Delegate of a region containing 15 nations, I believe it would be foolhardy of you to continue. A vast advantage of numbers favours our side, and war would only serve to end valuable lives and expend vital resources. Perhaps it would be wise to simply agree to TheCivilNation's terms? They are not harsh, and will serve to better human lives in your area.

If you do not comply, I take no responsibility for damages to your nation.

Excuse me, but with the exceptions of Turetel and Kendari, I crap bigger than all you newbies put together. Nations that are 1-4 weeks old should keep their mouths shut for at least 12 weeks before they start attacking anyone. You need to build your nation's economy, and you need to figure your GNP and fiscal economy numbers. There are tables available for this. When your pop reaches about 30 million, then approx 1-2 % of that pop can be considered military. This game is being ruined by noobs who don't think before they play. This will only get you ignored.

The Syncrilnorn Government thinks that if Dictator Like People, or whatever it's called, wants to dump waste in their rainforests, let them. As for nukes, if you don't bug them, they won't bug you.

I don't think that it is anyone's call to tell anyone to disarm/respect the environnement.

Quite agreeable. Other then defense, smaller nations should try and avoid frontal contact until they are at least 100 million.

The Delegate from the Moravian Counties would like to declare neutrality, as it is formerly a dictatorship. It is moving towards democracy, and now we are in political turmoil, and are in no state for war.

Sassoon opened the telegram. He read it thorougly, thinking if he should go. After awhile, he decided he would make a days trip. For thecivilnation was not too far away.
"Secretary." he said as he walked by.
"I'm taking a small trip. I'll be back tommorow. Put our Head of Defence minister in charge till I return." And with that, Sassoon headed for his helicopter and headed for thecivilnation.
Once there, he landed on a platform near the mansion. He stepped out, and smelled the air. It was different than Nitrony's smell, for the air was thinner here....
Higney approached the landing platform. The 4 Nitran guards stepped out after Sassoon. With Machine guns in hand.

The DDLP does not seem to be that friendly, so I guess plans shall be made. But war is not my first choice, so what do you think we should do?"
Sassoon signaled to his troops. "Bring me the head of the UC's. they might be able to arrange something." Then, 2 of the troops and the helicopter pilot lifted off and went to Nitrony. 2 other guards stayed behind.

Well I dont know how much longer i will be allied with the organization, they dont seemed to be please with some of my deplomatic tactics i have already put into to place, So we should think very carefully of what our plans may be

"I can talk with the others. They don't seem to realize that war may be the only answer. They think like all countries are good countrys. They do not know, that for every one country in this world, there is 1000 bad ones."
Sassoon walked to the doors of the mansion.
