With the General's rise to power and strong grip on the freedom of the people, several rebel groups have formed. Originally, there were eleven, however, they merged to form three. They are:

Les Gens Pour la Liberté (LPG)-A French-speaking group from the Idejeb region. They claim 11,750 members fully armed and trained. Membership is currently restricted to prevent infiltration. This group has enough money for weapons, but lacks transportation and generally uses public transportation.
National Revolution (NatRev)-The most powerful rebel group. They claim over 35,000 members fully armed and trained. They are still accepting members, however, background checks are conducted. This group has a good supply of money and is stockpiling weapons. They have enough transportation to move half of the group at a time. They are looking to buy some aircraft. Forty-five percent of their income is bankrolled by De Jewish Mafia, which does not accept the new regime. It is believed that the former chairman has a leading role in this group.
Public Defense Unit (PUDU)-PUDU has existed for about two and a half decades. They claim 18,000 members fully armed and trained. Membership is closed until further notice. All members have taken an oath to defend Sel Appa from threats, domestic or foreign. They are able to transport their entire body by land. They have enough money for salaries, supplies, and weapons, but are struggling a little.

All these groups have publicly challenged the new government and are welcoming foreign help ONLY in the form of funding. NatRev is the most active and carries out a bombing or two a week. They have proposed a merge of all three groups, but the other two have currently decided to wait for now.
