Okay, 'eres how Earth RB in North and South America will be run, as long as it doesn't counteract what RB says-

1) Claims: Your first claims will be free. No RPs necessary. Your people will be loyal, blah, blah, blah, whatever. From then on, you have to RP teh claim. Get someone to diplomaticly figgure it all out, and if that doesn't work, take it by force. You'll need him/her for that, too. I'll read teh first 5 posts and if it checks out, it'll be accepted. The thread will be posted with the map that I'll make later, with the others.

2) War: If a war starts in another continent and you attack someone elsewhere, post the thread(s) here, too. If it checks out with the 1st 5 posts, the thread is accepted. Also attatch a link to the specific page in which you've decided to attack, and where. That'll be posted, as well. As soon as the war is over, territorial gains are moved and the map is edited. All is well.

3) RB's rules: Whatever rules RB sets up will be enforced even harder here. I'm just like that. I can't exactly take away your claims, but I can nullify the validity of your threads, which isn't very cool on either of our parts. So follow the rules, write lots, and HAVE FUN, DAMMIT!

I have taken the liberty of making the USA map. Plus Cuba. Tomorrow, hopefully, I'll memorize the provinces of Canada and possibly the Carribean. In the meantime, I've got to go make my lunch and stuff. I'm tired.

In the meantime, please post an inaccuracies now. I'll start my annexation of Montana and North/South Dakota tomorrow.

No, and I control New England. Its a region of: Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Maine.
