Colk, please make it clearer. Why exactly are you declaring war? What troops are you going to send? Can you ever spell and punctuate correctly?

Don't make it a one-line post. Expand it, include detail, and learn from the other threads.

I'm trying to improve his RPing, and I quite clearly told him to read the past war threads, give clear reasons, and make his posts well thought-out.

Judging from this, he must have used Sephrioth's encyclopedia of NS warfare.

Edit: I am very annoyed that he persistently 'mispelas' my nation name.

Why not practicing it properly then? Paractise giving a valid reason for the war. Nonsense-war is not funny.
