Your offer seems reasonable. If no better offer comes along by the end of the day you are hired. I realize that some costs are flexible and may change so I am allowing some room for inflation/deflation. Your target is 25 million, but it is capped at 28 million. If prices go down, you are guranteed at least 24 million. If this sounds good to you then we can begin work right away.
