Today, after a meeting with the high council and parliment, The Divine Emperor Josef has been convinced Kahta must have been behind the recent terrorist attack in Pharamas! Thus he has given fourth a new Decree. The Terms are:
1)Tocrowkia, and her colonies, will no longer recognize Kahtan National Waters or Airspace
2)Tocrowkia will intrude in the said spaces at will
3)Tocrowkia will not acknowledge human rights to any Kahtan citizen!
Basicly, Kahta does not exist to us anymore. We can even dump our trash in their nation if we wish it. This is not a Declartion of war, merely a supporting act for our allies!
