the Coalition of Armed Legions Independently Fighting Off Repressive Nations In America Pact.
Section 1. The Division and Assignment of North American Territories:
Upon the signing of this pact all signatory nations will agree to the division and assigning of the land occupied by the Federated Menelmacari States of America, and the Federal Republic of New York and Jersey. All signatories will discuss the partitioning of the FMSA and the FRNY&J and upon making the decision of which states each signatory will be allowed to occupy and annex the decision will be final unless stated otherwise by the CALIFORNIA Pact Supreme Congress.
Section 2. Mutual Defense of CALIFORNIA Pact Members:
Upon the signing of this pact, all signatory nations are obligated to come to the defense of other members within this pact should they become the target of aggression from any nation. All CALIFORNIA Pact members will not permit the dismemberment of another CALIFRNIA Pact member, all pact members are to defend the sovereignty and the integrity of all CALIFORNIA Pact members should they come under attack from a nation that would endanger the sovereignty and integrity of an CALIFORNIA Pact member
Section 3. Non-Aggression Agreement & Resolution Of Disputes:
Upon the signing of this pact, all members of the CALIFORNIA Pact are required to settle all existing disputes they may have with all other CALIFORNIA Pact nations who they are at dispute with, all disputes are to be settled diplomatically. Should any dispute arise between any CALIFORNIA member, the dispute shall be resolved by the CALIFORNIA Pact Supreme Congress.
Section 4. Free Trade Between Signatories:
Upon the signing of this pact, all members of the CALIFORNIA Pact are required to allow the unrestricted trade of all goods to pass through their borders, a trading tariff shall be decided on by all members of this pact and when made final it shall be put into effect unless stated otherwise by the CALIFORNIA Pact Supreme Congress.
Section 5. the CALIFORNIA Pact Supreme Congress:
Upon the signing of this pact, all members of the CALIFORNIA Pact agree to assemble a governing council for this organization and to create a voting system for the acceptance of all military operations, amendments to this pact and other events that would require a vote by this council. All issues being voted on by this council will be decided on by a three-fourths majority vote before making any decision to accept.
