The following has been issued by the Emperor, and his generals for new use and training in the military program. It will be very brutal but will ensure victory for the Empire.

Rules of Military Engagement
1. Treat no one but allies with respect, they aren't Dracun, and don't deserve the title of human

2. Take whatever you want from the enemy troops, and citizens. They are your enemy even if they don't carry a gun

3. Pillage, steal, and kill. Like Rule #2, they are your enemy and shall be treated as such.

4. Any and all war is total war, burn everything to the ground that can be used to fuel the enemy war machine. (Farms, factories)

Military Schooling

All troops will now be picked from birth, with volunteers as well. They will go under [b]intense[b] Psychological, and Physical training. They will be trained to become killing machines, essentially no thoughts but to destroy the enemy. They will only serve the emperor and the emperor alone. Their generals are only second to their emperor.

To become a machine like they shall become they will;

1. Watch videos of destruction, it will be drilled into their heads

2. Kill for food

3. Fight to the death when arguments arise.

4. Be tortured randomly.

They will then go under an intense loyaltize program.

"Oy, check out this shit!!!" Shouts aloud a rather drunk Minister of Defence. "It says here in the newspaper some guys called the Dracun Imperium think they're the only ones that deserve the title human! Oh, and their allies as well." The crowd bursts in laughter.

"Yeah, so when they lose an ally, all of a sudden they're not human again!" Says the Minister of Defence's freshman. "On 12, freshman. No smartassness around me." The freshman falls on his belly on the ground, and remains so for a while. "Yes, Doctor..."

"Have you read this?" stormed Human Rights Secretray Gerald Hoffman, accompained by Defence Secretary Ramon Maschio

"Read what?" replied Lord Barbaross, looking up from the daily reports from the border

Barbarossa picked up the paper, and read. After a few moments he set it down, and took off his glasses,"Well, looks like they finally started to flex. But I imagined an unprecendented military build-up, not these so-called 'Rules Of Engagement'!

OOC: I've done my military this way fo ra while so it isn't new. Probably the only difference is that mine are all mercenries.
