Great Leader it is an honor and a privilege to inform you that the Military Research base K-01 Has been setup on a small Island on the east Shore of Khaaaan.

This is our first dedicated research facility and is filled with the brightest minds our fledgling isle has to offer.

It has 3 main Goals:

Biotechnology:
In the north wing we hope to begin research on new biological weapons and anti-bodies to currently existing bio threats.

Weapons Technology:
Seeing we have strong military in relation to our islands size it deserves the best weapons we can offer.

Defense:
In the south wing we plan to research new defenses.

Hopefully this will be the start of a glorious future in the military aspect of Khaaaan.

Esteemed ruler of Khaaaan. I sincerely doubt that you have the funding to continue with this reasearch. Your nation's GDB is 2.5 billion, and your economy is struggling to keep you as a listed nation. I am not sure if military research (which only gets 6% of your funding, about $95,881,867.26) is funded enough to carry on with research at this time. You may want to rethink your government's position on economic issues and wait until a later date to begin research. I say these things in your best interests.
