Has decided with the new issue of nuclear and biological weapons being tested by Turkimen army officials, to launch a private enterprise with slight government backing for safe resolution of the use and regulation of W.M.D's. After the debacle of a conference that was the last W.M.D conference sponsered by His Majesty Frederian IV himself, questions fall on how successful this attempt will be. Regardless, the Alani League has been formed, and Turkimen officials say they will be the first to join if it comes together with a proper treaty. Let us hope...
