Whittier seeks embassy exchanges with its neighbors in north america. The capital is located in Topeka and neighbors may place trade consulates in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky or Tennessee to represent their trade interests. But such consulates must first be registered with the federal government.

After long years of isolationism, the more active parties within Taiwanese Islands have finally won the upperhand and now seizes the opportunity to initiate contacts with the rest of the internatoinal community.
A telegram is sent to Whittier, explaining the wishes of the Commonwealth.
Taiwanese Islands wishes to construct an embassy in Topeka, and we welcome Whittier to do the same in our capital, Stockholm. Meanwhile, we also apply for the establishment of Taiwanese Economic and Culture Centres in Kansas and Oklahoma. Its functions will be similar to a consultate, with the additional emphasis on culture information and learning support for our citizens in the region.

This proposal is accepted on the condition that Whittier is allowed to establish similar economic and cultural centers in Taiwanese territories.

Taiwanese Islands gladly agrees. Permission for constructions of such installations has been granted at the following locations: Oslo, Norway and Vientiane, Laos. We believe these sites best serve Whittier's needs.
