"This is Czar Sam Fabus speaking to you. At this time, the armed forces of Kahta have crossed the border into Connecticut, following an unprovoked attack by negro militia. This will not be tolerated. Elements of the 2nd Western Massachusetts Army came under attack at 440 AM by negroes, looking for white women and booty.
Currently, the air force is bombing suspected holdouts where negroes are known to live. The Navy has taken positions offshore, and is currently bombing the enemy's housing. Anyone that does not greet the armies with flowers, food, fuel, or water, will be shot."
