Shrin Kali

The young nation of the Shrin Kali has recently begun sending out diplomats to affirm its presence in the world and secure some position in international affairs. They have begun seeking trading partners and potential military alliances. There has been some mild success in these endeavors, however, it has been decided that more and greater action will be necessary. Under that premise, Diplomat Nyre LeMark has called for an open meeting, free to attend by any and all foreign media and leaders as are interested. The meeting will commence on the shores off Seritania, the planned leisure city.
Of first importance, however, is some basic knowledge of the geography of the nation. First off, Noravos is the capital of the Shrin Kali, and is based at the point where the two parts of the Talera river unite and flow towards the gulf of Serritania. It is the main food supplier of the nation. East along the river is the mountain city of Perth. It is surrounded by mines, and is by far the most densely populated city. It is also the center of engineering knowledge. South along the river is the university city of Yella. Yella is situated on top of a mountain that rises out of an otherwise smooth plain. Not only is it a geological anomaly, it is a lawless, raucous town of students and scholars. Serritania is north of Noravos. It is a split town, with one side being on land and the other being on an artificial island accessible only by underwater tunnels. The tunnels are already built, but the rest of the island is languishing for want of construction workers and funding. It is a planned leisure city, but as yet is not known for anything but trout.
The four cities outline a mildly lopsided triangle, with Perth at the point while the other three are the far side.
The meeting itself will take place on the plains in the coastal portion of Serritania. Lodgings will be available for all those who wish to attend. The airport in Novaros will accomodate those arriving by plane, and a short but luxurious and scenic trip by magrail should take them to the meeting place. At least, it'd better be luxurious. Those magrails took so much funding out of our economy we actually, briefly, had to establish a formal government just to coordinate it. Of course that arrangement didn't last any longer than the magrail construction took. It's simply not in our culture's nature.
We await eagerly for all those interested in attending, and hope that we can show our small nation to be clean and advanced.
