The Kamyr dictator, Johann van Dorbein has finally been overthrown! The Kamyr peoples flood the streets screaming chants and waving banners- "Johann no more!" Though Kamyr is finally free, they need help creating a democratic nation. They are poorly developed and most people are going without running water and electricity. In the big cities, murders are happening and robbings are becoming natural day occurancies. So the State Cabinet is calling out to all democratic nations, help us! Help us restore what he have lost. We are in total anarchy, their is no police, no organized military. Though some groups have spawned to try to retain peace and order (ie- The Kamyr Hawks)


(OOC: I pretty much want somebody to come in and clean up all the filth in the nation, or situation is exactly like that of Iraq's right now, and bring peace, order, and democracy.)

The Empire of Xeraph will respond. We are deploying 2 CBG's and numerous air-squads to your nation. MASH Units are en route, and our advance teams will be setting up LZ's and Firebases.

If you have any pertinent info as to whom we are to protect, please let us know. Otherwise, whoever fires on Xeraphian troops will receive return fire.
