Gerald left on his Pwnage government G80 with his 2 guards. He was furious with the Mississippian government.

The G80 radioed the other planes.

"We'll be meeting in the Pwnage capital city Daducheng. Meet up at the airport."

Somoza was aboard a plane enroute to MassPwnage. He radioed the airport. "Requesting permission to land."

"Go ahead. Just try to avoid the Praetonian and Sarzonian tourists. They may throw fruit and laugh at you."

The plane descended to the runway, skidding to a swift, screeching, sudden halt. A pair of stairways descended, the door was muscled open, and Somoza stepped out, wearing sunglasses, a trenchcoat, and a slouch hat. He hopped into a limo that immediately sped off toward Gerald's location.

It was a really short limo trip, like 2 feet, maybe.

"Anyway.... let's wait for Mr. Featherston to touch down, I'm afraid the Kaiser is in prison in Mississippi at this moment."

"Sure." Somoza stretched. "Got any root beer?"

"It's in one of the many airport restaurants... Follow me."

The airport was huge, all steel and glass, with trees and vines growing wildly all over the place.

They stopped at a restaurant called "The Jungle."

Gerald neglected to tell Somoza that it was made with a certain root that stimulated the brain's sense of taste in a positive manner.

He sipped his tea and waited for Featherston.

Somoza checked his watch, wondering when Jake would arrive.

We must remedy that situation. Hopefully, we can cut off Egypt from the rest of Africa, and contain Mississippian expansionism before it's too late!"

He then said, "Look, my plans to take Senegal are proceeding on schedule.......I will have all the designated areas of the Virginian Combine soon...."

He then said, "Look, bear in mind....Chad, Cameroon, Niger and Togo are vital to stopping VE. So, will you support the Virginian Combine in taking those areas? Perhaps we can divide Sudan between ourselves.....I can take the west, the north and south can be divided between RB and MassPwnage."

At around that time, Kaiserine Yuna placed a call to MassPwnage's leader- she had urgent news for him, news that would also change the conference dynamic as well.
