We presume that Kriegorgrad is not a stalwart ally in the eyes of The Island of Rose for we have had limited diplomatic relations. Therefore, you're quite untarnished in our eyes, yet to be subjected to the biased like or disdain, however, the idea of selling a weaker version of your own equipment tells us not only of insecurity and paranoia but that you're also intending to have an edge in a conflict you see as nearing. We do hope we are wrong and hope you can find some way to soothe our fears, that The Island of Rose is much more dubious that it appears on the surface.

The Imperial Commonwealth is not heading towards a conflict against anybody. We just do not want these pieces of equipment to fall into the wrong hands, many nations do this and yet we are the target of this. The Collective Oligarch should not worry, because if we didn't have an export version, we wouldn't be selling these at all. Kriegograd should not worry at all. They should know by now that the Island is a peaceful nation.
