Indigo, now alone in his room could finally think about what was to be announced, by Malekai his right hand man. It would of course, be covered by all major news channels globally, and would extend an invitation to nation not just involving the internal network of the Austar Union, but rather any of whom may be interested into this joint co-oporative. And although the command would indeed rely on the Austar Union's own, it would be a multinational effort, to build this Legion. The television came on; and Indigo was rather delighted to hear about the Legion being reported...
... And now in other news, the Austar Union has come out in one of the rare news releases and has announced intention to form and build what is now known as the Ikonrod Foriegn Legion. Malekai, on behalf of Lord Indigo Blue has also directed a message toward national and military leaders abroad;
I now employ and invite all leaders to contribute towards our goal of a co-oporative through the building of the Ikonrod Foriegn Legion...
In the meantime, it is believed that the Foriegn Legion will basically be a front for the Austar Union, indirectly toward politics within the 'International Incidences' arena.
