As we desire to found a national sperm bank, we cannot continue to rely on the international ones. We'd like to ask some Nation(s) to provide all of our Sperm for now on.

We're sure we're going to get a few offers, after all, this is pretty much a mans dream job. Correct?

It should be noted that such a procedure will more then tripple the chances of a female child over a male child. As both parents are Female, and will be much much less likely to provide the chromosone pairings for a male.

Actually without a major complication it would be next to impossible for a male offspring to be produced because the Y-chromosone which is responsible for the birth of the male would be completely absent.

Yes, that is normally the case. However, one must take into account genetic mutation and other such factors.
Accidents do happen, and I personally prefer to retain an 85% or so Female birth rate, as it is quite conservative, and will allow for such accidents much more, freely.

Krioval finds it strange that the creation of offspring from two presumably XX females could possibly, ever, produce a Y chromosome. Mutation rate factored in, it has never been witnessed that an additional chromosome materializes practically out of nowhere, or that one chromosome can spontaneously become a different chromosome in one generation.

Our scientist can geneticly engineer females with parthogenesis (The mother would be able to clone herself using her own egg cells, with no artificial help other than intial gene altering). Although not parcticed in the A.S.U. (Unidox) we are willing to help, but be adviced all though for all of males short commings they are 9/ 10th responsible for evolution. We suggest you periodicaly let sperm fertilize your eggs. Just to keep your nation geneticly diverse, and avoiding over specialization.

We are somewhat alarmed at the news of parthogenesis and reimplantation technology being used as a procreative measure.

While both are indeed "viable" technologies - both of which Vastiva does possess, incidentally - we have discovered the "necessity" of spermatazoa goes beyond the "donation of chromosomes", into a gene-level selection of particular sequences being turned on or off in response to the conditions in which the spermatazoa are formed in.

As such, we would recommend repeated use of more "natural methods" then the "alternative" methods.

The Vastivan Public Health Agency will gladly aid in "donations", at a slight fee to cover transportation and storage.

Last time I checked, THL was, as the name implied, populated primarily, if not exclusively, by lesbians. So I would caution against too much optimism in your particular case.
