Official Imperial Announcement
The Empire hereby announces the transferrence of the 3rd Army into the Borman-Generian Theatre of Operations. This action has already been approved by both allied governments. This is in reponse to growing tensions in the region (i.e. Bucchianan insurgency, various revolutions, ect.). This means the moving of over 200,000 men and 2,000 main battle tanks to this area of interest. This is in no way a precurser to any hostile actions in the region.

What the announcment failed to mention was the fact that this would put Imperial Forces in the position to launch an overland assault into Ramissle, a nation that had already nearly gone to war with Doomingsland.
The troops would establish several bases within Borman and bolster defences along the Borman-Ramissle border.
