This is a topic to discuss my proposal on a way to develop different types of stories that we can have and to be able to maintain these ideas. So, please, help me out in the drafting of my proposal. And, then, support it in becoming a UN Resolution.
I will post my rough draft as soon as I get it closer to being completed. Or if there is a need for it for our discussion.
My hopes is to have the proposal to be well-developped before I do send it in to be considered. And only with your help can I do this.

Well, I will try to explain what I meant in the best possible way.
What I am scripting for my proposal is based on various ideas from Comic Books, Movies, Novels, Television Series, and what the Real world has begun to see. Aliens, Demons, Mutants, Super-powered beings, angels, and other types of inhuman creatures( that may appear human) to be researched and enforced by a single organization that would be able to have various branches. In my looking through the forums and other nations, I have noticed that many people have used these inhuman creatures as ideas for their nations. As I have with the Holy Empire of Drakonic Symbiosis.
And such populaces should be, in my opinion, watched over and made to follow certain laws.
I hope that this helps to explain it a bit more. I am currently working on the basic definitions of what I am talking about. I will be able to post up my rough draft onto this thread within the following week.
Cyrian Space, please, ask more questions or insert your own ideas. I look forward to seeing them. I would, also, like to see other replies to this thread. I am willing to answer any question and to work with everybody to have the best possible proposal that is available.
