Misty Abbot: Early this morning a tanker truck exploded on Highway 21 just inside city limits in the capital city of Dryniar. As of yet we have no official replies to our requests for information from the government or any police agency. What details we do know are what we can gather from our news chopper which is currently flying surveilance over the area. We go now to our eyes in the sky, News Chopper Six and our own Pat Styx. Pat?

Pat Styx: I am here Misty. What we can see from our limited vantage point is that this attack occured on the Vernon J. Memorial Bridge and has taken out a good sized chunk of it. We do know, from the few eyewitnesses we have had the luck of talking to that it was indeed a tanker truck that exploded. The exact cause of the explosion is unknown, but we believe it to be the actions of a Terrorist Organization. As of yet, no such organization has laid claim to this attack. News Chopper Six Pilot: Miss Styx, do you have that parachute we gave you?

Pat: Yes I do, why?

Pilot: You may want to put it to good use and get yourself off of this chopper, we have two SAM's locked on and coming in hot on us.

Pat: Ah I see, well...

*Hushed Silence, broken only by the sound of wind rushing and copter blades churning. Then a few seconds later a deafining explosion and silence*

Misty: Umm...yeah...We will end the news there for the day, updates will be released as they come in.

Official Governmental Memorandum for Immediate Distrobution to all Nations

Today at approximately 5:33 A.M. Drynarian Standard Time, a tanker truck filled with volitale chemicals used in the production of semi-conductors and other technologies, was detonated in our country. We know that the truck was one of our own trucks, destined for Degaara Design Corp. We however have no leads as to who enacted this terrorist attack, whether they be foreign or domestic. Any assistance of any kind would be much appreciated. All nations willing to help will be sent a package containing all the information that we have thus far on our investigation.

OOC: Gah! Sorry about the delay, there. What kind of security am I going to be dealing with? There are countries where someone can drive a tank through the middle of a city without attracting attention and nations where you're hard pressed to smuggle a pocket knife across the border; I assume you're somewhere in between. Also, what sort of terrain etc. is there in Dryniar?
