****News Flash-Terrorist attack in Bazarain****

This just in. A few moments ago a large explosion rocked the market port town of Bazral, in Bazarain. The explosion happened at 3.45, Bazarain time, during the busiest time of the market. The police and emergency services are working hard to control the situation, and haven't ruled out the act of terrorism, even though no group has come forward yet. The death toll stands at 54 dead and 104 wounded. The king of Bazarain has asked for any help from other countries, would be appreciated. We will have more on this story as it develops.

We are deeply saddened to hear of this tragic act. We pledge $10 Billion (USD) in aid and wish to extend an offer.

Currently, our Government along with that of Credonia, Independent Hitmen and Celtayoshi are working on an Anti-Terrorism Treaty that will help to eradicate global terrorism. Your nation seems to be in need of such aid and i will pass your Sit-Rep on to the appropriate Members.

Regardless, the COH will monitor the situation and, if the need arises, we will pledge more aid, possibly military assisstance if it is needed.
