About a month ago, the Mondothian government sold a surplus Nimitz Aircraft Carrier to Venture Capitalist Christopher Carter who's personal networth is mor than most small countries. After Acquiring the Carrier, Christopher announced his plans to Create a 'Maritime Federation' a seagoing mobile nation open to any who would follow a basic set of humanitarian guidelines. Today, the maritime Federation has taken its first giant step towards becoming an independent Nation. The Nimitz class aircraft Carrier, formerly known as "Indomitable" and now called "Home Port" has entered international waters and issued a brief statement (Cut to camera mounted on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, a man is standing infront of the camera with dark blond hair, brown eyes and a strong build)

Today, I announce my Independence from society, I declare Myself free of the constraints observed by 'normal people' and assert my right and duty to Better the Human Condition. I Hereby renounce my citizen ship to any earthly nation and as the owner of this vessel (He gestures) I declare it Independent of any nation and Set forth that it shall be a free territory, Any who wish it may live here untroubled by government as long as they observe the three simple moral laws;
