In the War of 1812, the New England states were getting extremly sick of the laws being passed restricting trade. Now, the Federalist leaders had a convention in Hartford. They decided to make plans to secede from the United States. However, when they got to Washington to tell this to National Leaders, the Treaty of Ghent was signed, and the war was over. This made the Federalists look very bad, and lead to the demise of the party. This RP would deal with the simple fact that the Battle of New Orleans was lost by the United States, and the New England leaders were not too late. The ensuing chaos and stability issues would be what the RP is all about. This will be a history RP for my new nation I made, The Thames River, a couple days ago.
Any questions, feel free to ask.

We DRASTICALLY need people to play New York, New Jersey, and Virginia.

Players Signed Up:

Yafor 2: Canada

Tomzilla: Britain

Arthadane: Kentucky

The Thames River: New England

You're in. There is some guideline things, but those will be up later. Basically you'll take the place of a state and its militia. Maybe even Canada or Britain.

Are you suggesting that a player pick one of the available states, Canada, or some foriegn power. As a point of information, the Battle of New Orleans was in 1814, so would the setting of the game be 1814 rather than 1812?

The war was called "The War of 1812". And that is what I'm saying, you would pick a state or a foreign power.

I will play the state of Kentucky.

How soon after the battle of New Orleans will the game start?

When are you planning on starting the RP?
