In order to fully take advantage of our military prowess, we would like permission to build a large military base on a nearby uninhabited area or island so that protection is easier... as it standard your nation likely has only a few, perhaps even just one deep water port of which our ships could re-supply at, meaning our forces would be stretched to have a perminent protective screen.

The area would have to be sufficient in size to allow the construction of an airstrip and facilities as well as be near water to allow for a port for complete coverage... we ourself will, of course, foot the bill for the construction of such a facility, though we will offer building contracts to you which will provide work for your fledgling economy.

All this aside we already have a Carrier Battle Group on route to your nation in order to provide additional defend, they will remain out of your territorial waters until you give permission, though we imagine they shouldn't need to be all that close to land in anycase.

Oh, I'm assuming that this thread is several months In Character before your wedding thread due to the fact that it takes a while to get a wedding organised. This will allow you to have more assets available to protect your wedding as we would have our military near by to help should anything get out of hand, they essentially take some orders from you as it's not completely their territory.

With the confirmation given from the Tree Hugging Lesbians, large cargo ships prepared for the long building operation ahead... all the goods would have to be transported from Noitan Teppup as the new developing nation needed the majority of it's resources and in anycase it wasn't as up to date with the goods which were being trasported.

Building would be estimated at around a year to complete the full affair, however it would be operational within a couple months and be able to at least provide some protection.

Meanwhile the Carrier Group Ten'hal made it's approach towards the THL waters to provide Sea and Air coverage for the time being, supply ships would help keep the CVN Meki'tel fully operational and the Destroy Escorts, Attack Submarines and Cruisers would provide the additional defence around the Carrier.
