Troops assemble on the Dragunovian-Philip's Nightmaridan border as talks break down between the two nations. Premier Bartallica of Dragunova has demanded that the small region known as the "Cuties" patriate to the The Federation Of The Red Army. His Royal Highness Philip of Philip's Nightmare has refused to meet their demands and has placed PN on high alert. All men under the age of 35 are being forced into service in PN. The H.M.S. McIntire has been launched for battle armed with four Trident ballistic missles. Dragunovian helicopters and SS-1 missles are being fueled as this standoff reaches its tenth hour.

Icy Hot Cream, the Cuties' other member nation, has refused to comment on this matter as they too prepare to defend themselves if PN surrenders. The UN currently refuse to meet Dragunova's demands.

The BBC will release a video tomorrow regarding this matter.

Twelve, Philip's Nightmare (AP)- His Royal Highness Philip has expressed disgust at the actions of Dragunova and does not feel talks with Premier Bartallica will result in anything but a delay of war. Philip's Nightmare calls for International support in this wrongdoing and will not hesitate to retaliate if Dragunova attacks. With tensions rising it is very noticible that war will begin soon. Addressing the respectable nations opposing Philips Nightmare:

Supreme Ultimator Elliott, representative of The Holy Republic of Cutagon, has deemed it necessary to intercede in the affairs looming in the region of the Cuties. The young nation wishes to support The Principality of Philips Nightmare in the struggle to secure its borders from the agressor, Dragunova, its supporters, and the traitorous nation of Icy Hot Cream.

Effective immediately, The Holy Republic of Cutagon will release a mandatory draft of every fifth citizen, women and children included, from the ages of twelve to forty-five and a five percent tariff on all international imports and exports. The aforementioned efforts are intended to strengthen the blindly loyal army in order to send troops to Philips Nightmare's borders.

In return for its support, Cutagon wishes to be granted the right to purchase small amounts of national land in each of the Cuties' nations and conquered lands to build one national cathedral per nation. PS, as a one month old nation it's highly unlikely that you have a large enough military with enough experience to even think about a normandy type assault. Probably have no more than 4 million people in ypur military, it takes 3/4s of your military to sustain a fighting force leaving you with one million people for your entire offensive and defensive force, that's not even enough fighting men for a single Carrier Battle Group

I have decided to accept the tribute paid to me by Philip's Nightmare. It consists of tithes of children and uranium, as well as 1% of his land. Addressing the nations of the Cuties:

Unanimous agreement and acceptance to The Republic of Cutagon's lone term is crucial to the support the nation offers. As of this moment, in the midst of border-invasion, the Primary Army of Cutagon (PAC) has been ordered to halt their progress towards the borderlines of Philips Nightmare.

Currently the PAC is fortified in an encampment on the Philips Nightmare side of the PN/Cutagon border. It is estimated that should the order to move out be given, the PAC would arrive at the contended PN border within two days. With oil prices at an all-time high, the PAC would be forced to march the barren lands of PN.

In fear of The Holy Republic of Cutagon retaliating for damage done his fellow member-nation and refusal to side with Dragunovian demands, the Dragunovian Premier Bartallica has deployed his "Oscar" Class Nuclear Submarine 'Ramius', armed with seven SS-N-19 missiles, to Cutagon's coastline. To defend itself, it is being escorted by two "Akula" class hunter-killer nuclear submarines (graciously donated by its allies).

The Democratic Republic of Dragunova (DRD) does not wish to continue attacks on any other nation. Premier Bartallica has pleaded that the nations of Cutagon and Icy Hot Cream continue negotiations to prevent further conflict.

NEWS FLASH
The war has begun, troops from Dragunova have been seen running through the country side. Though most were slaughtered by the vigilant peacekeepers of Philip's Nightmare, a few remaining soliders from the initial attack have fled into hiding. These now suspected 'terrorists' are hiding within the homes of Philip's Nightmare and the Nightmaridan Special Police Force is currently looking for them. This statement has been issued by His Grace, Prince Philip, "My people take up arms. The enemy is here, within our borders and we must fight. Dragunova has taken to fleeing in our homes, but more soldiers will come. We must be ever vigilant." In other news, soliders from Icy Hot Cream have arrived and are working with the NSPF on locating the terrorists. Soliders from Cutagon will arrived within the day and help to secure the borders. On the sea, ships from peacekeeping nations across the globe travel to PN to aid in the naval war.

Update:

After last evening's private discussions between Cutagon and Dragunova, Cutagon's troops on the PN/Cutagon borders were given orders to move out again. Despite The Holy Republic of Cutagon's differences with The Oppressed Peoples of Icy Hot Cream, it has offered complete alliance with the collected nations of the Cuties region in addition to full military support.

At the moment, the HMS McIntire, an Ohio class sub and one LA Class hunter-killer were deployed to engage Dragunova's "Oscar" Class Nuclear Submarine 'Ramius.' One of Dragunova's ally's "Akula" class hunter-killer nuclear submarines was destroyed in combat early this morning. The Captain of other hunter-killer submarine has issued a formal retreat. At the moment Cutagon radar is unable to track "Ramius," however Cutagon's War Advisor notes that, "there is little need for the peoples of Cutagon to fear this lost needle." During the skirmishes, Philips Nightmare's LA Class hunter-killer was lost, however, miraculously, over half of the crew activated signal flares in the aftermath of the battle. Cutagon has organized an extensive search and rescue operation. Currently, the HMS McIntire is docked at one of Cutagon's naval bases for refuling, rearming, and minor repairs.

The nation of Icy Hot Cream would like to speak more upon its differences with Cutagon. The nation of Icy Hot Cream has banned all religions other than its own, government endorsed national religion. Thus, it would be harmful to our people and contridictory if we let you build a cathedral on our land.

This is the rep from The Way Lands. Just to verify Phillips Nightmare's statement about my feelings on the matter.

The Dragunovian army embraces its new-found allies. The 'Ramius' has risen to 100 meters below the water and released one of its SS-N-19 nuclear ballistic missles at Ooh, Cutagon in order to force Cutagon to stalemate and to prevent further Cutagon aggression. The 'Ramius' will continue to level Cutagonian cities until Elliot gives into Dragunovian demands. Premier Bartallica weeps for the families' lost but stands firm in his resolve of Dragunovian supremacy in the region.

Spamasaurus Rex's troops are needed in defense of The Scandinavian's attack on our homeland. Roman Republic is needed to act in Operation: Night Wind in claiming Twelve. Dragunova has moved three mechanized infantry brigades westward into Philip's Nightmare.

Twelve, PN (AP)- In response to the diabolical actions of Dragunova, PN has taken action. Foreign Minister Vokoun has released that a Squadron of B-1b bombers escorted by F-15Cs have already retaliated against Dragunova by leveling its air force. Also F-117s have been reported coming back from a successful bombing run on Shavergrad. Several strategic political and military targets have been destroyed. For now Dragunovian soldiers have been pushed back to the border. "All out war is declared on Dragunova. Let Premier Bartallica and his citizens pay for the crimes committed against Ooh." Prince Philip stated in a press conference this morning. More to come later.

Supreme Ultimator Elliott has issued a mandatory evacuation throughout the entire nation of Cutagon for all civillians. Armed military transports will be escorting refugees to the ancient underground tunnels - the tunnels have recently been equipped with trams, however, due to the recent fuel crisis the system has remained unoperational. An international treaty between Philips Nightmare and Cutagon has secured sufficient fuel to transport 2 million randomly selected civillians over the next three days. The remaining 2.5 million civillians will fortify themselves in Cutagon military camps. .5 million Cutagians will serve as relief workers to restore Cutagon to its former glory. In return for the fuel and refuge of the 2 million refugees, men, women, and boys between the ages of 15 and 40 to serve in the Cutagon Reserve Army under PN authority. Men and boys over 15 will serve as soldiers and women as nurses. The city of Bandai will be converted to a children's refuge.

The nation state of Icy Hot Cream is in the process of sending 100,000 relief aid workers to the nation and embattled people of Cutagon. We have our differences, but these are cast aside in the face of tradegy. We are also on full alert for any possible military strikes directed our way.

We welcome refugees into our nation from Cutagon. The city of Bandai, PN has been transformed into a refugee camp where Cutagon children and those who cannot aid will stay. As stated by Cutagon the men and boys over 15 will serve as soliders, most will be deployed back to Cutagon for defense, but we will use them to defend out own borders. Intellegence suggest that Dragunova and the Roman Republic plan to stage an offensive on our capital. As well, it seems Spamasaurus Rex troops are attempting to the Scandinavians. As the battle wages on we ask te fellow members of the Cuties to help defend the borders of Cutagon, Philip's Nightmare and the Republic of Tomtie for these are the borders at risk. Also, PN gives finacial and relief aid to Cutagon for the terrible disaster and pleads for others to do so as well. My we win this fight yet.

Holt Herring is arranging plans for a meeting between all of the Cuties nations to discuss war tactics. The only definitive information Holt Herring gave us was that Senator Herring will still hold his position of the States' representative.

My nation remembers fighting alongside the Roman Republic against Novaya-Russia and I have decided to stop the invasion Dragunaova and revert to defensive. Domestically my nation has mustered my full might for a possible war with 1200 nuclear warheads ready to be fired at any would be invader and 800 stealth nuclear bombers and the military has prepared 8,000,000 Regulars, 45,000 tanks, 21 battleships, 80 cruisers, 120 destroyers, 14 fully loaded aircrafts carriers(aircraft each), 91 ballistic submarines of which 34 are loaded with nuclear torpedoes and warheads, 20,000 helicopters, 12,00 F-18s, 9000 bombers, 2400 troops carriers aircraft, and 3000 Chinooks.

8:13PM--Senator Herring, upon first knowledge of this war, designated certain industries to shift to war productions, but purely for foreign aid. Over 10,000 air carriers were created to be sent to Twelve to aid in transportation. Emperor Holt has released the secret Fascist Party Military in those planes (which now reach the 20,000 area), and hopes to defend PN with all the power he can.

PN sends its B-2B bombers to defend Twelve. They are making stategic runs on the invading force, slowing their procession. As Twelve prepares for the upcoming battle troops from Icy Hot Cream and Kanniabuus have arrived, as well has the refugee soldiers from Cutagon. The Cutie Coalition sets the defensive perimeter around Twelve.
The HMS McIntire, after its repairs in Cutagon has joined its former nemisis 'Ramius'. Both subs are heading for the Dragunovan coastline. A nuclear strike, similar to the on Ooh seems to be next.

OOC: By 21,000 carrier planes...I mean just that, planes with no military ability, but the power to carry things. And not necessarily large amounts of things, some are just small commercial planes, converted by Emperor Holt to be used for military.

TWELVE, Philip's Nightmare (AP)-

Dragunovian armies are in retreat as this war comes to a close. The cause is uncertain as Dragunovian generals ponder what really happened. Currently Red Army troops are making the long march home with many strategists scratching their head.

It was 6:00 GMT when the Battle of Twelve began. The Red Army initiated their attack with bombing runs over the city to soften their defenses. While Nightmarian surface-to-air missles had some impact on the Red Army's Air Force, the Cuties prepared for a defeat. After most bombs had been dropped on their targets, the Red Army moved in three armored divisions to finish off the city. At this point, the Cuties deployed all of its mechanized infantry on the city. The Icy Hot Creamian 1st Psychological Operations Division began to play some sort of religious chanting on loudspeakers near enemy soldiers. Three hours later, Dragunovian and fellow forces are retreating. The investigation to figure out what occurred on a potential victory for the Red Army is underway.

The Free Land of Ghetto Vballas has placed 500,000 troops under my command, and the Nomadic Peoples of Zattara offers humanitarian aid to those in alliance with Phillip's Nightmare. Both nations are quite well-established. More help is on the way.

I have decided to keep the 500,000 new troops in reserve until their service is needed.

The other Akula in the water guarding the 'Ramius' fired upon it due to its treacherous new captain and sunk it. The H.M.S. McIntire then locked on it and destroyed it, ending the Drago-Philippian War.

Dragunovian soldiers have come back home finally. They have brought home a new religion with them, the home religion of Icy Hot Cream. It has spread quickly among the population, and to avoid revolution, Premier Bartallica has declared it the national religion of Dragunova.
