Dawn West: Today marks a historic day in the history of this country. The Holy Republic of Dryniar is no longer in existence. For more on this we go live to John Srawre in the streets. John?

John Srawre: Thank you Dawn. As you said today the Holy Republic of Dryniar has fallen. The coup, led by a man of massive stature, Grunstag Darkaxe, slaughtered all of the ruling body and claimed the country as its own.
The first action made by this ruthless ruler was to rename the country. From this day forward the country will be known as The Armed Republic of Dryniar. That is all we have on this story at this time. Back to you Dawn.

Dawn West: Thanks John. Currently the Almighty Grunstag's forces are suppressing the riots in the streets and making everyone return to work. We have no more updates at this time. Dawn West: Today, more reports of violence around Dryniar. We have word of widespread rioting in the streets of Oakridge, the capital. Stores are being robbed and vandalized as the citizens go forth on this wild romp. The Royal Drynarian Infantry is to thinly spread as it is, protecting historic sites and major governmental buildings. We also hear that there are insurgents as far out as Slovadra, a small mining town to the east. We would have live coverage from the streets but John Sawre is currently MIA. Any news of his...

*TV Coverage goes staticy for a brief second, then the National Seal of Dryniar is displayed full screen. After a second the screen fades into a view of a podium with a tall well built man standing behind it.*

Grunstag Darkaxe: Attention peoples of the world. Our country is facing a massive crisis at this time. If anyone out there could possibly lend us troops to aid us in our struggle against the religous wacko's who threaten our sovereignty. Thank you.

The Empire despises witnessing dissent in otherwise productive societies, and as we believe that your interests may indeed suit our own, we extend an offer of assistence to the Armed Republic in quelling the riots. Generia is prepared to dispatch a division of Imperial Regular Infantry along with units of the Generian Imperial Civil Enforcement Agency to quell any threat of rebellion. We hope that through this gesture, we may establish stronger ties with your promising nation.

Thank you for your assistance. All rebellion in the capital should be well under control within 24 hours. However, there may be threats posed from other factions in outlying, production oriented towns and cities. If you could assist there, the Almight Grunstag would be more than happy to establish ties. The best possible way to achieve this goal, of course, would be to establish Embassies in eachothers countries. Please submit blueprints and staffing directives to the Department of Internal Affairs if you are interested. While generally an easy going country, we do have policies in effect that limit troop strength stationed at embassies, simply to prevent incursions. We have not had our independence long enough to allow more. Thank you for your assistance, your generosity will not go unnoticed.

Official Imperial Communique

The Empire will dispatch Imperial military assets to Dryniar immediately to provide assistance in securing the areas described. The Imperial Government is also interested in an exchange of embassies, and will prepare an embassy suite in one of the existing facilities in Generia City.

In turn we request permission to construct a reasonably sized facility, consisting of three stories above ground, and a single secure room located below ground, as well as a suitably sized underground parking area. The facility will be constructed to allow for helicopter access, and will sport a twelve foot stone wall surrounding the complex.

We wish also to dispatch 50 Imperial Praetorian guardsmen to serve as security personnel, as well as a diplomatic staff of 70.

Serving as ambassador will be Dmitri Rkovic. Mr. Rkovic has served as a trusted member of the Imperial diplomatic corps for some seven years, and is considered a more than suitable choice for the post.

If we are in agreement, we shall dispatch the Imperial military assets and construction crews via G-19 transport aircraft.

Colonel,
After consultation with his most trusted advisors, he has agreed with this plan of action. After careful review of the Embassy plan, the Department has officially allowed it's construction to commence as soon as reasonably possible. The required permits have already been approved and you should recieve them shortly. Thank you again for your assistance. Also you may note, that the Armed Republic of Dryniar has moved from the South Pacific to the Imperium Highlands. Just a note to give your navigators and map-makers. I am not one for useless chit chat so I will end this comminuque here.
