" Emperor Alaric Tan'it is about to make an historic announcement concerning the merging of two regions within the Xeraphian Empire. This is a first in the annals of Xeraph. There have been many nations that have come and gone within what is now known as Xeraph, but this is the first time two regions, containing six nations, have consolidated their economy, populations, and military. Ah, here he is....ladies and gentlmen, the Emperor of Xeraph, Alaric."
" Thank you all for the warm welcome. This announcement comes on the heels of Xeraph's defeat of the rebel nations of Crawling Death, Wolfanga, and Decepticus. These nations no longer exist. Their leaders have been killed or captured, and now it's time to begin re-building what has been destroyed.
The nations of the two regions have agreed to consolidate their resources in the interests of national security. The new region of Romulus-Remus will contain six nations. The Kingdom of Auralinia, the Borderlands of Ryd Blydd, the Nomadic Peoples of Vhammpyr, the Holy Empire of the Grey Phoenix, the Republic of the Black Katanas, and the Dominion of the Grey Legion are hereby granted full status as loyal supporters of the Xeraphian way of life.
Their leaders are hereby accorded full Knighthood in the Order of the Knights Templar, and are also granted lands in the southern portion of the Empire.
I also wish to single out a man who has been by my side from the beginning, when we were nothing but two wandering mercenaries. John Strickland has been my most loyal servant, commander, and friend. Gen. John Strickland, Commander of the Xeraphian Forces, is hereby accorded entrance to the Order of the Knights Templar, is granted lands in the southern portion of the Empire, and is permanently elevated to Peer of the Realm, Earl of the Empire, and Advisor to the Emperor.
Last but not least, I wish to thank you, my people, for your support and dedication to the Empire of Xeraph. Thank you all."
