With power gathering around the communists, the invasion of Futuna is close. The forces of Hogsweat, Hallad, Wallis and many others ready for an invasion of Futuna. Only Alannea and the pathetic forces of the Futunan capitalists stand in their way.

The message alert sounded from the Captain's terminal. He glanced down at it.

Probably another maintenance report. Thats all we get.

The Captain was bored. He had been sailing around in international waters for a couple of months now, and he and his crew had got nothing to do. Although the weather was very good, sunbathing on the deck had lost its attraction and so he was reduced to sitting at his computer terminal waiting for orders, a well-read slightly dog-eared paperback in his lap. His white Captain's hat was pulled down over his eyes and he was just dozing off in the warm sunlight.

The alert sounded again, louder this time. He brushed his hat off his face, shook his head a little to wake himself up, accidentally knocking his book onto the floor and losing the page, and looked at the screen. The tone sounded again.
"I heard you the first time, you little bastard."
He clicked to discover what this supposedly important message was.



Captain

Proceed immediately to Wallis and Futuna, 50km West-North-West. Possible combat situation. Mutual Protection Pact summons by Hallad. NBC gear necessary.


It was from Maritime Command. He immediately gave his orders to the captains of the other ships, and then the crew.


The Silverspray turned in the water, heading for Wallis and Futuna. It was followed by two other ships of its kind, Lionfish Cruisers, and a pocket carrier. They were escorted by a small collection of destroyers and frigates. The sun shone brightly on their hulls and the salty spray whipped up as the ships began to move towards the combat zone. Missile tubes that hadn't been used for years clanked as they were loaded. The crew wandered around in their NBC suits, wondering just why they were wearing them. And they pulled away, towards war and death.

Whereas President Totatai has officially submitted his resignation as President of Wallis/Futuna.

Recognizing the state of civil war in the nation.

The Congress of The United States of WyattLand officially declares and recognizes that the nations of Wallis and Futuna are, and of right ought to be, one free and independent nation, under the leadership of the new Comrade. This grants the nation the right to establish its own constitution, laws, commerce, and other elements that any free and independent nation may so rightfully establish.

This resolution also authorizes the amount of $300,000,000,000 to be used solely for the reconstruction of all cities destroyed in the afore-mentioned war.

This resolution also authorizes the military and government of WyattLand to work with the new government of Wallis and Futuna to restore and maintain order and peace in the nation, overriding any and all previous resolutions and orders signed by the President of WyattLand.

If we may we would also like to get exact details of the situation itself for the INOC Records so that all nations may access this information, if you could get back to us to confirm any wish to have our people work in your nation, we understand that there is a civil war on at the moment, but this doesn't change the fact that people are suffering at the hands of WyattLand attrocties... if we can, we would like that our people were secure from the threat of military action during this work. We assure you that all personnel will be without weapons, however their security is important to us so we need everyone to co-operate by agreeing to let them do their work in peace,

After viewing the attrocities enacted by the United States of WyattLand, we would like to officially condemn this nations nuclear aggression against Wallis and Futuna cities, estimated to have killed hudreds of thousands of innocent civilians for little more then some imperialistic interests... while their reparations are a start to mending the wounds, the nation has proven itself to be untrustable and as such Iuthia cannot continue to operate an embassy safely in such an unstable nation, regardless of leadership change we feel the mear fact that a nuclear attack order was obayed for such a minor issue is in itself a serious concern.

As for the situation itself, Iuthia will remain neutral as it is clearly an internal matter, though we would like to voice our dismay at other nations whom deem it within their right to act against a soveriegn governments authority.

The United Socialist States of Wallis and Futuna would like to thank all the people involved in spreading socialism to these islands. Especially Hogsweat, Hallad and Azura. Futuna has now been subdued and a new socialist government controlled by Hashborini Lorque introduced. The W & F military will now deploy partly to Futuna. We have big plans for the future and will start a new thread called, "Wallis and Futuna Defence Policies".
