Quite possibly, this was the way exactly how people communicated effectively in the world strangely known as International Incidences. Yes, it was different to the one of which Malekai was used to, and of which he had adjusted. Still, methods didnt truly matter, as long as the deed had been done, and the message had been passed. Yes, it would be delivered as a kind of Zionic offer to the world, a word and offer of peace. But there was so much more, so many more ideas. And so he stood in front of a press release as did most of this world. They would deliver the message, and leaders of the world would heed his call. He cleared his throat.

I want to thank you all for attending my release. Its not often we do make one, but I suppose if this is the best way on reaching our target audience, it is the one and only way I am willing to deliver the announcement and message I am about to make. Direct to the press, I address all members of the international community, and all national leaders abroad.

Friends, I thank you all for listening to my message. Many of you will be unaware of the Austar Union, and im sure many of you will not hear from us for some time. Rest assured however, we are still here, and we do still watch from a place afar. Sometimes even, I consider involving myself into your world, just to experience the old world which my nation had once resided in. Now moved on, this theatre is but a relic of the past, one of which can still serve me in a limited way, but well nevertheless. Yes, this is such a time, and is why you are hearing from us in the Union.

You may all be interested to hear of a large facility we have organised in the north of our fair nation, to house pehaps millions of the world if we have the chance. I would like the opportunity, but will not count my proverbial chickens. Basically, this facility has but one purpose, but to house almost any given number of prisioners, probably from any nation, of any background. And now you may be wondering why we want to take your prisioners, and I tell you this. Are people not but a resource made available? We would like very much to put these people at work in areas where our own will not. Do I call this Zion? I would say no, its far from a perfect place. But we do figure that we can take prisioners from you, that are costing you money, to assist in the development in several key projects. This means construction, and other industries which complement the fact.

Anyhow, you have my offer, if you have any details, you are free to contact me at any time to discuss the idea. Trust us when we tell you that we will cover any transport costs ourselves, we are more than capable.

OOC: I think an explanation may be in order, and it is rather simple. Basically, Im offering to take your dirty, scruffy prisioners off your hands, all costs paid! This saves you money on law enforcement, and you dont have to worry about escaping lunatics, considering they will be kept here on Austarian soil, rather than on your own. Doesnt it sound better? Yes, I am a nice guy, maybe...

We wish to send our growing population of imprisoned Free Masons including some of our former-senior government officials. They currently number 10,000 and some would be happy to start a new life in another country even if it is under prison environment. The Jeruselem government does not care what you do with them, even if you throw into pits of fire.

We can only thank you for making the first contribument toward our realisation of a global facility for prisioners, regardless of nationality. Trust us when we say this, you really have made the first step toward your own free society. And although Free Masons are unique indeed, I have a strong belief they will find a place here in the Austar Union. Thankyou.

"We take prisoners for free and we can even let them be part of our range of production. A hardworking man is indeed a truly valueble asset, especially when he doesn't complain about his tasks. How human friendly, housing and sewage for people that crawled out of drainpipes and sewers. Are you treating a rodent with respect? We don't and human rights do not apply on rodents. Something you should know.
