Due to a recent incoming refugee problem, the Armed Republic of Ixtar has resolved to build a fencing network across the country with border outposts. For the past 2 years 80,000+ immigrants have flooded to Ixtar from wars and dictatorial oppression.
The government has announced that a reward will be given to any person who can prove that particular person is undocumented. The government also warns that 2nd time offenders are eligible for the death penalty.
Boarder guards for the time being are allowed to fire at will if they see anyone crossing into it’s territory.
“This is for people who want to wait for their Greencards and Visas and citizenships legally” said an Ixtar official.
