(OOC: I will play two different nations,NS & Earth V.0. In Earth V.0 my leader will be Emperor Desciver.)
IC: Desciver stepped forward to the podium, facing him was a sea of news reporters, and cameras. He signaled for them to stop and straightened his outfit and began.
Emperors of the world, now is the time to unite together and become a force to reckon with in our world. No longer will we be disliked, no now we will be feared. I call upon all Imperial Nation to join the Imperial Reborn Movement. A meeting shall be called within Staten Island, New York to discuss the charter and such. May our combined armies crush those who oppose us. All interested are expected to arrive by February 30th. The meeting will officially begin tomorrow (When everyone feels it is ready).
