“the government today announced a sudden increase in the force of Sovereign class starships in the federal fleet , it is unknown why this increase is being made but it may have some thing to do with GE threats , how ever we were asked not to speculate on the matter. The increase is taking place from 4 ships to a whopping 8 ships in 4 years time . it is unknown weather these ships will be pressed in to there own fleets or existing fleets. The new Sovereign class ship will cost approximately 48, 000, 520, 000, 00 Federal dollars for all 4 ships“

OOC: If you don't like his RP, then do everyone here a favor and simply ignore him. It's getting quite absurd around here that if RP does not live up to someone else's standards that the poster should simply 'stop posting'.
I don't think I am the only one who is fed up with seeing people who are trying to enjoy this game get badgered every time they try to do something.
